Rubber vacuum line hose replacements
I don't know this applies to you, but if you go to any parts store, and either browse around [some have it on the shelf, some have it behind the counter], they will have bulk vacuum lines, you just need the size [1/4, 3/8, etc]. Unless this is a special vacuum line, that will work just fine.
EDIT: If this line is falling apart, or showing signs of wear, you may want to replace all the lines. Because your car isn't all that old, you probably don't have this problem, but I am sure a lot of us older bonnie owners have the problem. I sure do.

I think he'* looking for the pre-formed elbows and such. Kyle, I'd try to find the ones you need at a wrecker from a newer L67. Short of that, I'll do a little digging for something 'universal'.
This one will require some careful measurement:

Requires a $50 minimum order:

A few examples. A well-stocked auto parts store will have these, too, but as you can see, most available fittings are inside-type, not preformed boots like OEM. You would have to replace most of your hoses, too.
You've got me thinking about doing this now.
