upgrade
well ok i just finished up reading through all differnt forums about upgrading the */c pully size. I just had a few other question i could not find....im planning on getting a 3.4" pully for my bonnie and was just wondering the exact size i should change my spark plugs to, also i have a gutted airbox with a stock filter i was wondering if i got a kandn filter that would work out or would i be better off putting a cone filter on a home made intake until i buy the thrasher intake...lastley is it 100% needed to rent the pully removal tool? thanks.....I just need some more power!

you should go one heat range colder on the plugs
the Gutted AIrbox should be fine, bit a Rice Pipe and Cone K&N WITH a heatsheild will be better
a thrasher Intake wont fit on your car its better to make your own heatshield,
mine is pretty effective
and its also recommended to install a 180* thermo to combat the extra heat that the smaller pulley will create
if you come to NEBF Bill has a pulley puller and we can install it

Dyno... I see you are thinking about a smaller pulley. If you get the stuff, I have the special puller required and would help out on the project.
Since you are a ways into NY .. If you were available, I'd say..plan to come to NEBF...all the info is in the Eastern Meets section. We could get it done and help you with the other little things you might need/want to do.

I would not put on that 3.4" pulley with what you have done or are going to have done. You need to scan to see if you are getting KR right now. Then If it is 0* or just a blip here and their then I'd drop to a 3.5" pulley. To run a 3.4" pulley I'd at least have a 180* t-stat, 2 heat range colder plugs, PCM, and gutted airbox or better yet a FWI.
