Rebuilt the supercharger
Well it'* all done. I have rebuilt the supercharger. I have about 65,000 miles on my 1994 ssei and the coupler in my opinion was done. The engine runs soo quite now with no rattle or vibration. I put in a custom made aluminium coupler that i had machined. I have the whole rebuild down to about 5 hrs. The cables that used to run overtop of the nose now run below the nose, nicely insulated. I think in 1995 gm started doing this themselves too. Anyways it looks alot cleaner now. I also took out the rotors gave them a gental cleaning and i re-greased the rear bearings. I also noticed the the inside housing of the supercharger had many scratches and wasnt very smooth. So i took 800 grit sandpaper and very lightly polished in inside on the housing. Seems to boost a little better now. I didnt take off a lot, you can even say all i did was remove the scrathces, the last thing i wanted to do was take off too much and loose boost. I aslo replaced the nose seal on the end of the nose just to be safe, it started to leak a little too. Anyways it runs awsome now.

Another question for those who have rebuilt their superchargers. What brand of bearings do you use. The first time i we rebuilt my dads we bought *** bearings with the same part number but they didn't have the 2 black rings on the outside of the bearing houseing. This cause the *** bearing to make a loud grinding noise in that did not sound well. We ended up rebuilding it again after about 6000km and put the stock bearing back in with the new aluminium coupler and it ran very quiet after that. On the stock bearings they have a number on the middle of the bearing, i forget what the number is. but the guy told me that SKF put that there because it stands for the tolerance and that they had a very little tolerance for play. Where the *** bearings didn't have a number and the tolerance was unknown. The black rings around the stock SKF bearngs are put there to reduce resonance and to make it quiet, which it does. I noticed that the stock SKF bearings are very good and i really dont'see a need to replace them very soon or maybe even the life of the car. They are constantly lubed and work in a clean environment. I tried to get the SKF bearings here in Edmonton but i don't know where to get a hold of them. Any information would be great. Thanks

Is there anyway to reseal the nose at the pulley without having to take apart the charger for the 3rd time?
