This car does NOT have boost. It has no more power than my 92 SSE.

Ooohhh Ooohhh! I found it! The BCA is indeed NOT going down all the way. I looked back at a few pics and saw that the lever was no where near 90 degrees down from vertical, so I gave it a shove. It gave and went all the way flat. I disconnected the top BCA hose and it had B-O-O-S-T!!!. So now I just need to know if the BCA is hanging up or the lever that it moves is the culprit. I was afraid to force that lever before, then said screw it and gave it a shove. Can the lever get carboned up over time?

Carboned up to the point of not moving is not a normal issue, but possible. They do get dirty as you can see here on this one I had cleaned up well before this picture.

This would not be good avice..... You do not want full boost between shifts, nor do you want full boost at idle... If you were to run to the redline and hit the fuel cutoff this could be detremental to the engine...

I would in no way reccomend this at all.... If there is no Boost it will not be the fault of the charger.... The charger will far outlast the engine with the exception of the Nosedrive coupler and bearings( this will not affect the boost ).... If there is a no boost condition it will either be the BCA or the BCS.... Its plain and simple....

The seal around the chrome shaft of my BCA was leaking. Do keep in mind they're $40 from Magnuson

Do you have to remove the charger to clean it, or can you use something like Seafoam and run it through?

Typically there is no cleaning ever done. I would NOT recommend attempting to clean the supercharger with anything while it is still on the car and WOULD recommend researching for the proper cleaner or the below will happen to the coating on your supercharger rotors and you'll strip the grease out of the bearings.

These rotors should be a uniform gray color, solidly coating of epoxy.

This was done with a soaking of over the counter TB cleaner.

I see that could be nasty. I think I'll check the BCA to be sure that's not it first.

A couple bolts/nuts and you can take the BCS and BCA off. Move the wastegate lever by hand to see if it is hanging up. If the lever moves freely, then I'd suspect the BCA rod is binding.
