Looking for photo of SC heads on Series II and Series III
Subject pretty much spells it out.
For a little more background info, I have M90 with an LIM that does not have the injector bosses in the manifold...so, I presume they are the "pencil" injectors that go into the cylinder heads (A style I haven't seen in person or in photos)
So, my choices are: Change the cylinder heads to the correct style for the manifold during the overhaul of the motor (Not really opposed to this, since the current Series II heads have about 110K on them) Or, find another LIM with the same series II port spacing and the injectors in bosses in the LIM.
Either way, any photos of how they look from GM would be helpfull. If ya know the year it was used on, please include it.
TIA.

Umm....the series 2 heads are so absolutely incompatible with your LN3 that it isn't even worth discussing. And you won't find another LIM with the same spacing as the S2.
Your front bank of the engine should tell the story. From left to right, you'll see your exhaust (dictated by the manifold runners), and intake sequence (dictated by spark plugs) go:
Exhaust, Intake, Exhaust, Intake, Intake, Exhaust. Uneven, just like the Buick Grand National.
The Series 2 is EVEN.
E,I,E,I,E,I.
You cannot make the heads swap by any means. My suggestion is to get a Gen2 M62 and run the Gen3 2.8" pulley or larger on the setup to begin tuning.

You need to be ALOT more clear in your requests for information when people are naturally going to go by the evidence in your signature.
Please spell out EXACTLY what you're up to so we can help you find the compatible parts you need.

Curt, you are NOT clear simply because your signature holds sway in your request. My first assumption, and that of every other member here is that you are trying to swap S2 L67 heads onto your LN3 if possible.
Please be VERY specific in your request for information on this subject in your next reply to this topic. Please also research the SS90 kit at ZZP. It may answer alot of questions regarding mating an M90 to an L36, even if you have an LN3 in your signature.
If you are ready to be ALOT more specific without being combative or defensive, please continue to post in this topic in the proper manner, understanding how your post was misleading due to the car in your signature.
Any other method of communication should be directed to me via PM.
