Default the power of boost

with the SC belt removed, the SC moves the pulley with some pretty good force just by all the air being sucked in the TB... those rotors are doing something

Should have went for a quick spin to see how much those rotors really were doing

Had my motor running before without the sc belt on but I just didn't notice that.
