Default how much supercharger oil????

I was filling up my M62 tonight and it only took about a bottle and a half of the supercharger oil, or about 6 oz..........is this right, I thought it took at least 8

After topping it off I turned the pulley by hand to let it air out all the bubbles, I did this a few times untill it stopped doing it. The SC was bone dry after I took it apart cleaned everything inside and out and replaced the coupler...has been sitting for about 3 months w/o any oil.....did I screw something up here?

My M90 took both bottles when I filled it up, and it wasnt bone dry!

You got it right. The 90 holds 2 bottles, the 62 holds 1.5 bottles.

Moving to Forced Induction. Please keep supercharger topics in Forced Induction.

You did use the new stuff that just came out, right? Part number 34552987?
The other stuff was BAD news for the last year'* production and had to be replaced. It eats seals and bearings.

kidding.

You're good.
