Rebuild help with M62 coupler.
I forgot which way this went, when pressing it in to the snout, should the pins be sticking out or should they go in the raised area so they're below the surface?
P.*. VigCS is a great seller.

Moved to Forced Induction. All supercharger related topics go here.
Push (not press) the coupler (lightly oiled in the holes) raised portion over the pin first. The raised section has chamfered entrances to ease this.
Otherwise, it doesn't really matter at all. Do it the other way if you prefer.

I meant the snout, not the stout. :P
Yes, the geared part that comes off from the blades with the pulley, do the pins on that go in the raised portion, or the flat portion?
I don't know if it matters, that'* why i'm asking before i have a popped supercharger. :P

its raised on both sides, it doesnt matter in the end i woudnt think, however there give ytou a little angle on the raise part to make alighment easier...so put the pines through from the raised side.
