how do you control when boost kicks in

i seem to get boost too soon i think. I want to take off with min tire spin but even at 5-10 mph start and I punch it it spins out and the track light comes on too doesn't that kill performance ?

Do the reverse of the BCA adjustment in Techinfo. Good luck, though. With a belt drive, a SC is intended by design to produce boost and torque right off the line.

I'll move this to Forced Induction for you.

If you'd like less boost.. sell me your pulley. ;)

My suggestion is to disconnect your wheel speed sensors to prevent torque management in the PCM from pulling timing, and manage your launches yourself. This may mean better tires.

I can lay insane amounts of rubber down if I want to, even with my tires siped. But I can also control my launches perfectly without traction control and with nothing more than a chirp.
