Has anyone gotten a supercharger rebuild from this guy? Is he reliable?

You just bought a supercharger from the worst possible vendor.
That is the former Floz.

Their quality and customer service are the worst possible. If you have problems, don't expect them to honor your warranty. If you bought that supercharger, DON'T PAY. Contact eBay and refer them to this topic.
Read that web page linked above. Inspect the SC very carefully if it'* too late.
One of our members here opted for the smaller pulley offered, and had his warranty revoked (and was not told this in advance). Nice trick, huh? In addition, Pulley Boys and ZZP stopped selling him pulleys and couplers because of his reputation.
The testimonials in that Floz link above are a small fraction of the problems with the Peters brothers. Mark Peters even had the audacity to join our Forum MULTIPLE times acting as if he were a CUSTOMER of HIMSELF and was very pleased. We busted him very quickly. And if you put a smaller pulley on AFTERWARDS, he'll find out. He knows our Forum very well and hates us with a passion. I wonder why.

I suspected and just confirmed that the eBay sellers AmericanCharger and A1Supercharger are in fact www.canadiansupercharger.com and that these units are rebuilt and distributed out of their Florida location. Canadian Supercharger has LONG been one of our best (if not THE best) sources for rebuilt superchargers and nosedrives.
13ourlucky13 is actually RANDY Peters, Mark Peters' brother (Mark owned Floz). Stay away from him. MARK Peters sells under itsells4you and Superstar1988. Stay away from them as well.
FYI, the negative feedback on A1Supercharger in that auction posted above was left by Mark Peters trying to kill his competition. He was using an eBay alias to do it.
In the past, Mark was dumped from eBay (Superstar198 but eBay did let him back in.
13ourlucky13 has been turned in for their past actions and association with Floz.
To sum all this up, don't hesitate to purchase from www.canadiansupercharger.com , or the eBay sellers AmericanCharger or A1 Supercharger.

I didn't but it yet. I just wanted to know why it was so cheap. I guess it'* not a reliable supercharger. What'* the best and cheapest place to buy a supercharger rebuild and pulley change to a 3.4 inch pulley?

A1 Supercharger and AmericanCHARGER on eBay are Canadian Supercharger. They are the best. They FULLY rebuild with custom alignment jigs.
AmericanSUPERcharger is BAD news. They are Floz, 13ourlucky13, itsells4u, superstar1988, and others. Randy and Mark Peters.
