Default E-ram electric supercharger

I was surfing around on 3si.org and founs some info on E-ram. It is supposedly a very good quality electric supercharger. It can make up to about 1.5 psi, and only activates at WOT. Supposedly some 3si guys tried it on a SOHC Dodge Stealth, and found that it made some HP for them. What do you guys think???

No. Your engine demands more air than that pos can provide. It becomes an obstruction in the intake to the normal flow.
