2.2" pulley on S1 L67
This weekend I plan to put a 2.2" pulley on my 1994, S1 L67 Sandrail. Aside from changing the to NGK TR7IX plugs and changing my fuel pressure regulator to 55 lbs, is there anything I am forgetting?

IMO, being in an open environment, and your free flowing exhaust, a 2.2 will be fine. I'd try a larger SC belt tensioner pulley to prevent belt slip. ZZP has them.

Ours doesn't use the MAP either, it'* just there for the boost gauge. But it does use a knock sensor. Does yours have a boost control solenoid or do you just have the boost control actuator?
Wideband O2?

Scan for KR and check your fuel pressure, or don't do it.
The ambient temperatures where you run that thing are your enemy, not your friend. Air temps will make KR worse.
It took a TON of work for me to get to a 2.2" pulley with the Gen3 setup. And I scan for KR constantly.
KR hurts you more than the timing advance you'd GAIN from higher octane. I hope you're running premium?

I figured if he'* getting 10 psi on the current pulley and his setup (heat probably rolls off pretty easily), the 2.2 would push him to 11.5 or 12, and that'* less than I push.
Do you have a knock sensor on it?
