Default Kiss my hybrid SC'd ARSE! ;)

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...tem=7993921733

I officially have all the pieces necessary now. At least all on the way. I'll need to rebuild the nosedrive and replace the needle bearings in the 92/93 donor unit that'* on the way, and transplant these rotors into it.

I'll be left with 2 spare BCS'*, 2 spare BCA'*, and a spare nosedrive. All these parts are compatible with all 3 finished superchargers I'll have: 92/93 ported rebuild with 2.2" pulley, 95 stock SC (doing coupler and nosedrive soon) with 2.8" pulley, and the hybrid with an unknown pulley in it'* future. I'll also have the 2.5" pulley from the 92/93 donor unit for when I decide to upgrade the 95 SLE/SC.

Let the fun begin.

The creation will be alive very soon (quite quickly, actually). It'll get the hybrid SC in the fall with the Cam and a couple other goodies. I have a couple months to rebuild/build the hybrid.

err define hybrid. 92/93 with 94/95 rotors? Why not just go all the way to 94/95? You saw the difference in size.

You don't keep up too well. It'* only posted all over the board.

With my Jet PCM'* adjusted MAF tables, I think I can build a hybrid to work with my ported 92/93 Throttle Body, and not need an AFC controller. That'* the whole idea. No AFC for me. They're touchy, expensive, and problematic.

So I ported the living snot out of my TB, cleaned up and polished my SC inlet, ported my outlet, LIM, and EM'*, and I'm ready to flow.

Yeah well you've posted like 200 times in the last week, which post are you referring to?

Sounds like it'll be a fun swap anyway. I've not seen it done.

I still think you may need the AFC. From messing with mine, I know how limited our PCM is in its adjustability. A couple percent can make the difference between a 2500 rpm idle to no idle.

Big difference between you and I. My MAF tables in my PCM have been adjusted. That'* why I'm thinking I can get away with it.

Hypertech did similar things with the fuel tables, I'm sure.
