I got told that with me being at a higher altitude I could run a 3.5 with no probs on a stock pcm as long as I have some exhaust work done. what are all your thoughts

Well, if you are getting those rockers and putting the PEM's on you may not have an issue, but like always scanning is about the only way to tell what size you can run.
