Supercharger coupler or idler pulley?
After doing some listening with the trusty screwdriver i'm pretty much sure it'* not the coupler. I put the screwdriver up to my ear and listened on the idler pulley instead and that'* where all the noise is coming from. It just happens at idle and goes away at speed. When it makes the noise it also pulls down the engine rpm.

the noise is still the same on auto and economy. Now i've got another problem though. When climate control is on auto my fans don't come on and the air conditioning compressor doesn't run either.

I pulled codes and all I got was a code 12. The fans came on during the test. After testing I started it back up and turned it onto auto and the fans did nothing or the ac compressor. What else should I check?

If the car wasn't up to temp, the fans won't come on in Auto. That'* normal. Let'* nail that noise down. It'* not the AC compressor. Check the alt, both idlers, and listen again to the nosedrive.
A mechanics stethescope costs 10 bucks. It'* infinitely better than a screwdriver.

I hear noise coming from the supercharger that sounds like marbles rattling around. Also have noise coming from the idler pulley as well. Previous owner must have had problems with something because in the trunk are 2 old belts.

This might be a good excuse. I suggest the following:
ZZP SC coupler
ZZP oversized idler pulley
Gatorback belt
2.2" Pulley Boys SC pulley.
The coupler will fix the SC rattle, the idler, since you have to change it anyway, goes very well with the smaller pulley. Otherwise, go to your local auto parts store and get a new idler pulley. They're very inexpensive. Just remember that you have 2 idlers. 2 belt system.
