Its a broken doo hickey thingy majiggy... And the related companents go psssssssssssssss while the rear end sinks causing the Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr sort of noise....

Does this explanation wor for you?

A test for you... Turn the ignition on ans you and the wife/GF go sit on the back end of the car and soon enough the pump should cycle on again to bring the back end back up to the proper level... Its neat

we have already established that his noise is the ELC pump, now he is concerned about another noise under the dash

yeah that eplanation makes sense. as for the noise behind the glovebox... when i get a vid ill post it, until then theress not a wohle lot you guys could do... much as i appreciate the help [and i do appreciate it immensely]... thanks guys. short of a vid, i cant figure out how we could be sure of the problem...
