Voltage issue

The only thing the PCM does on the relay side is provide a ground for it.
I'm suspecting something happened to your alternator or your battery.

As long as the PCM came from the same year/engine/trans it will be fine.

Well put in a different icm and prom, no change, but I did see on the forum that people where haveing issues with the light switch so I checked mine and it was a little melted on the plug. The wires seemed ok but I'm replacing the plug tomorrow. I'm gonna find the problem sooner or later!

It starts out by reading 14 on the volt gauge when it'* cold, and starts to drop slightly on my 4 mile trip to work. When I pull the lights on or turn signal or anything electrical the gauge drops or bounces, I turn them off the gauge stops bouncing and goes back up but never to 14 volts again. After work I start it up and it goes to 13 volts and does the same on my way home. It won't go to 14 volts again till the car sits over night.

Have your alternator and battery tested. Sounds like its on its way out.
