Default battery dies after 2 days of not starting.? im lost

so i had the 88 sse parked since i got the 95 about 2-3 months ago and i have rembered to start the 88 every 3 days and let it run for 20 minutes each time and never had a problem.. then i went on vaction for the weekend and did not start the car for 5 days. i come back and my battery is dead (reading 6.3 volts) so i hit it with the jumper pack and nothing at all. infact it draind all the power from my jumper pack.. so then i figured the battery was completelyt dead and needed a jump start so i take the 95 and pull upnext to it and pop the hoods. then i attach the jumper cables to both cars and then my alarm starts ringing on my 88 so i then thought ok this is all it needed so i let my 95 run for a few as the cables were connected to both cars so it would charge the 88'* battery.
then after 3 minutes i tried to start the car and it would turn over but just not start up...so i let it sit for a while more and tried again and nothing... so then i took my battery out the car and charged it in my house on a home charger and when i put it back in it started right up with no hesitation.

then 2 days later again the battery is dead...i took my car to the installation shop to check my alarm and they said it was fine and all wires were still intact...

the battery is new its the second battery and this is still happening. the alt is a 124 amp alt and is new and so is the starter....

is there something else that could cause this to happen... there is no rust onany wires as i cleaned and replaced everything...

basically the car will start right upo EVERYDAY but if i wait for 2 or 3 days it will be dead.?

You mentioned something about a noise in your subs as well does this occur with the ignition off or no .... Im thinking your remote wire might be on a constant 12 volt lead...

Those compressors pull some good current when they run. Maybe check your air lines, or charge the battery and pull the fuse for the air pump.

Easiest way to check if it'* the compressor is unplug it and if the battery stays charged then you know where to start.
