Default help!! eprom!!

took my car in to get the codes read yesterday, came up with maf twice, secuirty and eprom, my buddy at the parts store said it could be a bad connection on the eprom(loose wire) thats causing the maf to come up, car is slow for a ssei at 8 psi, like slower than a 2.2 sohc 5 speed cavaleer with a fart can and intake.. my guess is the ecu put it in limp mode,
my gas milage sucks! power sucks, ..

where is the ecu?? i cannot seem to find it on my car, i was going to unplug it check the pins and wires on the plug and plug it back in, if all else fails there is a mint 93 ssei that the junk yuard just got in (i mean mint no rust no dents no scratches, interior is mint, motor is clean looks like less than 100k miles on it (im gonna get abattery and hook it up in the car to check the miles)

but anyways if i need a ecu il get it out of that car,

if anyone has any ideas could someone please call me?? i dont know when the next time ill be on the internet. could be aday could be a week but i need to get this figured out, my cell number is 920-251-8250 my name is Aric .. also its a sprint number so if your using sprint its free but its a weekend so it wont cost ya anything.... thanks in advance Aric

The ECU from the 93 will only work for a 92 if you swap the chip from yours to the 93. Grab the MAF off the 93 if it'* cheap. Ignore the code 58. The ECU is under the glove box. You can get to it by removing the black kick shield above the front passenger foot shield. It'll have three harnesses hooked up to it.

PCM is the silver box when you look up after removing the hush panel.
