Default battery voltage while running

Well I got through running codes on my car tonite with my new autoxray 300 scanner. No codes are stored and everything seems ok. My question is shouldn't the battery read higher than 13.2 volts while running. I"m wondering if this is contributing to my loss of power and how the car seems to be running lean. Also while in park the car won't rev over 3600 rpm or so. On the road it runs great and I have no idea. I changed the fuel filter tonite and all the plugs and wires are new. Where do I go from here? I'm thinking fuel pressure test.

13.2 volts sounds okay. Is this at idle rpm? It should increase slightly when alternator rpm increases. Where did you get the autoxray scanner, how much$ ?

ya at idle your voltage will read lower.....although a weak electrical system can cause problems within the PCM

the car is designed not to overrev in park...that is totally normal

Most normally, 14.7 is the maximum, and 14 is a good solid running voltage, or so I learned a few years ago.

The scanner cost me $300. Now one more question. Was coming home tonite and the car threw a code. P0300 Engine Misfire detected. Also the scanner said that cylinder six is weak. I'm thinking maybe a coil pack or plug wire. The plug wires are new so maybe I need to check it out and see what the deal is. The car is running awesome now. Just need to figure out why the heater is random.
