Please do NOT post Mechanical or Electrical topics in General Chat. Each forum description is very clear on what should be posted in each section.
If one headlight works and the other doesn't, it's either the bulb or wiring. Moving to Electrical. |
Using a multimeter check for power and ground at the headlight connector.
Let us know which it appears you are missing. |
can i just use a test light or should i be useing a digtal multimeter? and how do i check ground?

Get a METER so you can check the ground resistance, then use it to check voltage.

If all you have is a test light, this is probably not the right place to be using it unless you know what each wire goes to. I would also suggest a multimeter. Digital or analog doesn't matter. ;)
