Replacing interior bulbs with LED's
I am curious what size bulbs are in the front map light and rear dome lights over the doors? Im looking to replace all the interior lights in my car with white LED'*.
Im gonna use these for the lights in the door panels and under the dash. 6" in the doors and 1' per side under the dash.
http://www.oznium.com/led-ribbon
and these to make it all work.

But I cant figure out what size the festoon bulbs in the front map light and rear dome lights are. sylvania.com isn't as specific as id like.
so i ask you guys. what size are the festoon bulbs? and can i use the 168 dummy bulb in a PC168 socket?

I forget what size the festoons are, I would take pme out and measure it so you don't get too short or long bulbs
using the 168 in a PC168 should work, I've never heard of a PC168 though

Saw the same post from you at BonnevillePro and answered it with a link to Sylvania'* site. Unfortuantely I then copied a link from here to there for you to answer the next question and link you to the answer here, so I don't still have the link on my clipboard.
But yeah..I answered it in one of the spots you posted it.

You're using light strips inside dummy bulbs? That'* the hard way of doing things, but if that'* what you want, go for it. You might achieve a more interesting (or at least less expensive) method of doing the LED conversion. I just bit the bullet and bought pre-made bulbs from superbrightleds.com.
The rear dome lights are type 3022.
I can't seem to find a part number on the map lights, but they may be RL4410. They're 43.71 mm long (not counting the metal loops, 34.9 mm), if that helps.

im probably gonna buy some LED festoon bulbs for the rear dome and map lights.
ironic that the sylvania site has neither of those numbers on their list... lol.
sylvania says the front map light is a 212-2 which is the same as a RL4410 now that i researched it. lol. i feel dumb.
so...
do i need the first ones or the last ones? both are 4410'* just one has the loop and the other doesnt.
