Rear window lock??
Hi Folks,
I am wondering if my '93 has a lock for the rear window control? My 5 year old likes to play with the button, and it drives my wife and I batty. Is there a way I can lock it so it doesn't work from the rear seat? (Child door lock is engaged. Don't need him playing with the handle!)
I was thinking of just unplugging the switch, but hoped there was an easier way...
Thanks,
Adam

without being to fancy, I would imaging you could but an inline on/off switch in the drivers door, on the rear windows, simply splice in to it.
I know it you unpluge the driver door buttons NON of the others in the car work, so it should work if you only dissable the REARS

Alright! Thanks, those are good ideas.
I wonder why GM didn't put a lock in for those busy children hands?
I told Ethan if he touches the button, we will lose all cabin pressure and he will be sucked out of the window. He had to find out for himself, children aren't as gullible as they used to be...
