power options problem

hi, i am new to this site. i have a 2004 bonneville gxp owned since new with 61000 kms on it. car is winter stored and kept in garage when not being driven. problem started last year while driving, rear windows operating on their own, power door locks clicking, rear doors showing ajar and drivers door controls not working to windows, locks or mirrors. if i shut the car off for 10 minutes everything is ok. drive for another 10 minutes problem comes back. took it to a repair shop and had drivers door module replaced and it still happened. had rear integration module and door switches checked out and they were ok. had drivers seat removed and wiring harness inspected and everything was ok there as well. had battery (original to car) tested and was ok. if any other members have had this problem or have any ideas as to the problem could you please share it with me. thanks in advance. walt

if not the ddm its almost always the network connection under the seat, did you have it checked by someone who is good with electrical things?

testing was done at a repair shop by a reputable GM repair mechanic. Since reading some posts on here I am in the process of removing drivers seat. Is the network connection easily identifiable? I have discovered under the carpet, lying freely, a 3 foot black hollow hose with a red plug at each end. It was just lying there. Any idea what this could be?

sounds like wire loom for an option you dont have, if it works at all it has to be connected. i havent done one myself, just going by several previous threads on here

Just throwing out ideas....Gm dealer may know if there were any tech bulletins re this...
Justin may know the answer to this...
Could it be also that the BCM has corrupted somehow and installing new instructions/or possible updated software may assist in this problem?

manual says its s302, tan white wire.

art-there are two networks on this car one for the door modules and a separate one for the rest of the car. being that it only involves door issues it has to be something in the door network.

driver door module

hi, after the problem is now more often they have determined that it is likely the driver door module. does anyone have one or know where i can get one. part # 21999380 ( used preferably). thanks walt

Thought the DDM was already replaced in post #1?

Does this "repair" shop have a Tech II scanner to communicate with all modules?

Hard to believe there were no communication codes/serial data codes....
