Is this normal?
 

Engine on, parked and idling.

Roll up all windows front and rear at the same time headlights dim and RPMs shoot up to about 1500-2500 RPMs within around that range, that normal? :?:

iv never had the RPMs shoot that high

but i have had that happen on my old monte carlo before
