Default installing angel eyes in an 01 se

IM just wondering how you guys with the newer model bonnies installed your angel eyes? I see the bracket that came witht he lights dont match up to the stock holes. Also when i try to put the angel eyes into the stock brackets the lights seem to be aimed down too far(unless i did it a wrong way which is a good possibility). Ive also looked at the installation of the lights by Merlin on a 97 ssei but i dont know ow close that installtion is to the newer models.

Im asking these questions since im not the best with installtions and electrical stuff. The most ive done regearding that is replacing the license plates, glove box, and the interior lamps with red bulbs. I even had problems with that since i blew the fuses twice during the process.

thanks for any help
