Marker lights / electrical oddities

EDIT: Mods - please move to Electrical.. my error

The other day I noticed that my driver's side front marker was dimming in and out a bit (no other lights were doing this) when my DRL's were on.

When in "night" mode, both work just fine.

Today, I noticed that in DRL mode the passenger side front marker is lit but not the driver side at all. When the night lights come on, both are illuminated.

What in the world is this?

Mods - can you move this to electrical? I opened this in the wrong place.

Second problem I'm noticing.. The headlight delay only seems to come on at all when the knob is turned more than 3/4 up... then they'll come on when I lock it. I turned it back to 1/2 (12 o clock) coming in tonight.. nothing. Would it make a difference that I sat in the car for a couple of minutes listening to something?

The other night the instrument panel dimmer didn't seem to work, until I clicked it full on and then rolled it back. Now it's fine.

This, combined with the marker light oddity mentioned above has me concerned.

Thoughts/suggestions?
