What year and trim level is the car? The lightbar is all run off one light at the front of it, kinda in the upper left. If that burned out, then none of the lights would light up. It should be an easy fix.

Like Geoff said... one bulb in a white housing at the front of the shifter assembly right infront of the park

Trips.. do you have a column shifter or console?

Default Console indicator lamp

On my 94ssei there was a service letter out that stated if you have poor PRNDSL lighing on the console that you should replace the socket with a new one part No. 25647530 and use a #161 lamp with it. The new socket relocates the lamp for better illumination.

I haven't heard of this before, but I could believe it. I have taken mine apart for the same reason but found all lights still working. It just seems that the bulb didn't transfer light very well thru it.

I did the same. Found what I figured was merely a poor design. Bought a newer bonnie. No more problem.

What do you want me to say? I saw the issue and lived with it. Ended up buying a newer one where they had improved on the setup.

the 92-99 design attaches to the shifter plate, where as the 97-99 attach to the console.
