Default Idea on Frontal Lighting

What do you guys think of this:

Low-Beams: PIAA Xtreme White Plus 4000K Xenon Halogen
High-Beams: PIAA Xtreme White Plus 4000K Xenon Halogen

Fog Lights: Hella Optilux Angel Eyes with PIAA Xtreme White Plus 4000K Xenon Halogen (debatable, I am not favorable of Angel Eyes because they are too small for my taste but I heard that it allows more air into the radiator which increases horsepower a small amount. Let me know of any bigger and/or nicer fog light setups.)

Corners (Signal Lights): This was what I was debating. I would like something that lights up as the same color as my headlights and fog lights (almost white, off blue) but I heard that it was illegal even though some people do it anyways. But I would also like it if it turned amber when I put my blinker on, like the LED that guy used in the movie. I really don't know if it is illegal and I certainly don't know how to do it, especially with LED. I am thinking of using Silverstar but I would like to know if I could get them to be blue like I mentioned, any ideas on the legality and how to do it?
