Default Got a couple of Codes & questions

Today I was driving along in traffic and kept seeing the Check Engine light, lighting up and turning off. This is the second time I've seen this in the past couple of weeks.
So I hook up the Scan Tool and see these codes 21 & 58.

Ever since I replaced the */C on my ride I've been getting code 21 "TPS Voltage is too high".
I checked the voltage with the scan tool and everything looks good 0.66v Idle & 4.4v at WOT.
I have cleared the codes twice now and this code keeps getting set.
The car runs awesome but this is really bugging me.
I never had this code before dismantling the TB for a good cleaning (durring the */C replacement).

I'm not to worried about code 21 cause I've got a troubleshooting procedure off of Mitchell, but any ideas/suggestions would be great.

Code 58 (car still starts fine). Same deal got troubleshooting procedure off of Mitchell.....but I have some questions.

Mitchell says:
"Disconnect Pass-Key Module & measure voltage etc."

Where is the Pass-Key Module located ?
Do I run any risk of not being able to start the car after my tests have been completed & everything is reconnected ?

Anyone else have either one of these codes ?
If so what was the fix ?

Thanks in Advance,
Dutch

Don't worry about the code 58, it was a PCM error.
