Check Brake Lights is on but my brake lights are fine.

Check the fluid level in the master cylinder. It'* likely low. Top it off with DOT3 fluid.
Then, inspect the entire braking system to determine where/why the fluid level decreased.

And if thats not the problem , Sometime the Emergency Brake pedal is a bit sloppy and can hang a tad to low and trip the brake light on. Lift up on it with your foot and see if it goes out.

Are you guys talking about the light indicating that light bulbs are burnt out in the rear of the car? If so check the license plate bulbs also.
