Battery drain... 97' SSE
When I got this car it had a old bad battery in it, I since have put a brand new battery in it, and it seems to have a draining problem, over 2-3 days it will drain down to nothing, there is no aftermarket stereo at all. From what I can the wiring has never been messed with, only thing I can think of is the leveling system, presently the back of the car has a space saver spare on it till I replace the one blown tire, could the compressor be freaking out and trying to level the car and be causing this drain? also where is the fuse for the leveling compressor?

It can't be the leveling compressor. That is on an ignition circuit. We have seen stock radios go bad and cause this type of thing, also after the doors are closed, interior lights might be staying on.
Check the lights and then the next step would be to put an amp meter inline of one battery connection and start pulling fuses until you get into the super low milliamps. The fues that removes the large load will direct you toward the bad component.

I checked all the interior lights last night, they all go out as they ought to , next time I go to work on it I'll take your suggestion and put my meter on the car and see what I can find, thanks.

Very few items don't turn off with either the ignition or the retained accessory power.
Radio and the lights are the most common.
Trunk light might be a factor. You might want to check or pull the bulb.

well tonight the battery was dead, again.
got it charged up, no trunk light on, pulled the ABS fuse and one other that was causing some sort of draw, also disconnected the alternator, hopefully that gets me somewhere.

Final update! I found it.
I was trying to access the pass side fuse panel when I found a receipt for a stereo installation "kit". So I decided that it would be a good idea to pull the radio out, pulled it out and it was apparent that someone attempted a stereo install of some sort
The orange turn-on wire for the Bose amp was pulled from the radio harness and was shoved on the first pin in the axillary port, put my multimeter on it and the power there was unswitched, put it where the wire should be, and it was switched, I took the radio home at that point to try and fix the non read issue, and i came back 4 days later and the battery was still fully charged.
