Default '96 SSE Fuel sending unit
Has anyone ever tried to repair their sending unit with any success???....Have one that'* stuck on full and really don't feel like paying $460.00 for a GM sender.

or part # 25162242 230.44 + tax holy crap!! no TAX BUT * & H is 46 bucks!!! ur lookin at like 276.53!!

That'* a very expensive sending unit. The one for my 90 was $118 at Advance Auto. I wonder what makes the big price difference?

Main reason for the high price is that no one in the aftermarket makes it, it'* GM only.
