ignition question
Well guys, got a little cash, so i'm going to upgrade the ignition system in my '89. I have the stock icm, junkyard coil, factory wires, and really, really old plugs [i don't even want to know how old those rusted pieces of crap are]. I am going to upgrade to a type II icm [i know which donar car to steal it from], going to buy a cheapo aftermarket DIS coil [probably jegs knock off], MSD 8.5mm wires, and the ngk'* 2 heat range colder plugs [which part number is it again?, and who is the guy on here that works for napa that can hook me up with some]? Does this sound good to you guys? and if not, what should I change, or do you know a better product I should add in here. this is all on a budget too, I have $200 to spend. flowmaster next on the list!! yay!!

What is Type2
what is the type2 Igniton Module about? I have an 87 that I suspect crappy ignition and am about to change. If this is a better module I may want to do this also. Do you have any links or info on doing this?
