ELC and truck

Wassup guys i have a question me electronic level control fuse keeps poppin what does that mean? i know i read somewhere on here that when that happens thhat means itz froze how do i unfreeze it and get it to work scondly i wante to know if i bought a 97-99 truck and lights would it go on a 93

You are having an ELC problem. Do you mean the air compressor may be bad?
