Default Power steering pressure control switch.

I am getting fault code 46 "power steering pressure control switch circuit" on my Canadian-spec 1988 Bonneville SSE.

The power steering pump itself seems fine so I presume it would be this switch at fault. However, I can't find it!

Please can someone tell me exactly where this power steering control switch is on a 1988 SSE?

Also, what does it actually do?

I can't understand why I can't find mine.... Surely I wouldn't get the fault code if I didn't have one! :?
