Default "wtf" problem with my right turn signal

So I today I was coming home and noticed that when I flick on my right turn signal it doesn't blink. It just comes on and stays on inside and out of the car. The left one works fine.

I'm going to put my stock PCM back in later today and see if that solves anything.

Any ideas?

The front end inside right bulb doesn't work, but it could just be out.

PCM should have zero affect on this problem. Usually, the "no blinky" problem is to let you know one of your bulbs is out.
