Try cleaning your grounds. There shoudl be one on each side. One right by the parking brake reliece and the other on the other side of the car in the same area.
well let'* see..... the fuel gauge will read empty one time and then way over full the next sometimes it'll be right on. As you can see we have to use mileage to judge and the low fuel sensor still works. Temp usually runs about 190 when it works but when it doesn't it reads like the car was off. The speedometer seems like it'* stuck or sticking (maybe stiff grease or something) for instance right now the car is off and the speedo says I am doing 60 mph. There is no bouncing or surging of the gauges they just work when they want to and I know I am going to get a ticket soon if I don't figure it out.

as long as the cluster has NOT been removed prior to the problem, cleanin the grounds SHOULD fix the problem, otherwise youll prolly need to go to a shop of some sort and have them look at it... IF its under warranty by any chance if its the cluster a dealership would be able to get you a new one...assuming thats the problem
but start with the grounds, its common
