Default Problem with the Electrical

Hello, I am hoping that someone can shed some light on a few problems I am having with my car. The key fob when pressed will not lock or unlock the doors (yes I changed the battery, haha), when I start the car, 'unknown driver' shows up on the dic. When I try to select either driver one or two from the door buttons nothing happens. I have tried to reset the key fob by holding down the lock and unlock buttons according to the book, nothing happens. Also the windows will not go down, absolutely no noise or anything happens when I depress the window switch.

Is the window problem related to the key fob problem, or should my bonnie be called christine?

Any help would be great. I called the dealer, of course he want 85 bucks for the diagnostic....I am hoping to have an idea before I go in there.

Thanks

It'* possible that you have a problem with the driver'* door module. That is a common part to the symptoms that you are describing.
