Advice On a Window
(Now that I have found the correct forum)
Hi Folks,
My passenger side rear window has just stopped working. It will not go down using either button. Should I assume this is a bad motor, or motor-related? Is there something else to consider?
Thanks,
John

Bill,
I'm afraid you are correct. I haven't noticed any motor noise when I try to lower the window. I do notice a change in the volt meter when I press the button, though.
Aren't there instructions how to remove the door panel i "techinfo"?
Thanks,
John

Update
Hi Gang,
The fix was much too easy! Being this was a rear passenger side window, it never gets much use. Seems the window was just stuck in place. I applied downward pressure while holding the button down, and it started working again. I cycled it up/down 10 times or so, just to make sure. I guess if you dont use 'em, you can lose 'em.
Thanks
John
