Auto Dimming mirror

A while back I asked if it was possible to wire in an auto dimming mirror, which it is, but I can't seem to find the post :? the other question I had- should add a fuse between the power and the mirror, and if so what amperage?
thanks

Yes, use power from the sunroof. The biggest problem will be getting a wire up from your "R" position on the shifter or from the back-up lights.

I'm not so sure you need a fuse if it is on a circuit that already has a fuse.

cool. :D
which wire should I take the power from? I assume I can use the ground thats already there?

You've got to find the power to the sunroof - so use a multimeter to test the wires going up to the sunroof control. There are probably only two...

One will be power, the other a ground.
