almost the same way as the kits you can get except with most kits you do it right behind the headlights as per a kit i had for my 97 GMC K3500

Yeah, when I did the mod in my Bravada, I quick-connected right behind the headlight and sent a wire around to the battery instead. That way, I could hide the wires easier...
