Air mix actuator...

I have seen the thread about changing the air mix actuator, but on my 94 bonnie, when I take out my glovebox, there is this black bar that completely blocks the actuator. I removed all the bolts to no avail...the bar will not come out. Do I need to remove the whole dash or what? Please help!

Stan the man once did a write up on this and it's still rocking.

Give that a whirl. You'll get a couple scratches and I like to pull the heater box cover vs working on top. It's all on par though.

I have a 2002 Bonneville and I'm told that the actuator is either not working or stuck. In the winter I get AC on the driver's side and heat on the passenger. In the summer it doesn't matter as I get AC on both sides. Any help to know where the actuator is and how to repair or replace and where I can buy one?
