what plug is this/where does it go?
So tonight I was changing the spark plugs on my firends 2000 grand prix gt and saw this plug which was disconnected and couldn't figure out where it should hook up so here are some pictures. Thanks
The plug is right off of the back of where the O2 sensor hooks into the wiring harness.
Says "35" Then below it "PED" if that means anything

Thats the odd thing Bill on my SSEi there are two little bundles of wires that come off about the same location in my car but they both contain 3 wires and go to somewhere which didn't even exist on my firend'* GT.
Yeah thats the alt bracket.
I'm not sure what mounts to that bracket with the weldnut on it as nothing was there when I was under the hood.
The car seems like it runs fine, I can't tell if it runs strong as it should cuz I'm spoiled by my boost. & I'm not sure if this means anything but the 2 wires going into this connector did have .65volts goine across it.

A GPGT may not have a MAP sensor. Bonnevilles only get them if they have a boost gauge, and for no other reason.
That'* identical to the IAT sensor, but obviously can't be right. Being at the rear bank near the firewall, I'd guess that it could be for a knock sensor.

I think knock sensors are one wire, ground to the block. I was thinking all Series II engines got a MAP sensor, cause my wife'* 3.4 does, not that it matters here, anyway.
