1994, door locks, lights, and antenna

I just bought a 1994 bonneville. When I bought it everything worked on it but the radio. The previous owner replaced the antenna and when he did he spliced the antenna cable which caused the radio not to work. I tried redoing the antenna but it didn't help. That's ok, I'm going to have someone look at this but I discovered the door locks and interier lights don't work now.I looked on the fuse box under the driver side but I didn't find anything that related to what I was looking for. I couldn't find any fuses under the passenger side. Can someone please help? The car did not come with an owner's manual. Our whole reason for getting the car is that's it's a 4 door which will be easier on us when picking our 6 yr. old up from school. Now it's actually going to be a lot harder because we're going to have to manually unlock her back door when she gets in the car. When you push the lock/unlock button it doesn't make any sounds. This is why we thought it was the fuse but we can't find the right one. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much!

Can't see how cutting the coaxial wire to the antenna would have an effect on the radio. Only receive anyway. Unless we are talking about the power antenna, then I couldn't help with that.
When checking for an unknown fuse, physically look at ALL of the fuses. Some circuits are tied into others and may not be labled.

EDIT:
Oh, just noticed you are a new member. Welcome to BC. :D

The antenna is power and the radio does come on, sorry about not putting that in. It just plays static though. lol

Thanks for the welcome!
