The biggest problem i've had with mine are the bugs that bake on there?

I really dunno what you guys are doing with yours, but those who wire theirs up in a special way seem to have more problems.

When you say special, do you mean that having the halo's to the parking circuit and the regular lights to the fog switch is special?

When i say special, i mean the guys who've taken them and hard wired them directly to factory stuff, taking parking lamp power (not triggers) and run that straight into the LEDs. Anything that doesn't use the relay would be "special" in what I meant.

1993SLE is Correct. I run the full harness (lengthened) and switch that came with it. I added on LED's near the switch to indicate what is being used.

The colors are not representative of the ones on the Hella/optilux harness. The blue wire pictured is 12v coming from the relay, when you use a switch it runs that 12v back into the relay, and turns on the corresponding component. For instance, crossing the blue and yellow leads with a switch would open up the relay to supply the Correct power to the halo rings.

For those of you wanting to integrate this into your parking lights, and stock bonneville fog switch, this is what i believe is best in theory. You optimally should do is still use their relay, but trigger it with the triggers for the parking light relays, and fog light relays. It will still work with the factory switch on the fog, and the halos will turn on automatically with the parking lamps.

I'm not sure as to where the resistance in the LED Halo circuit is, which is why i recommend use of the relay. If it is in the light itself (doubful) then you could pump 12v into the lead, and it will be lowered to the according power. I may check all the wires for what comes out of the relay this weekend, so I can see exaclty how the system works.

Everything is 12V inputs after their relay. They only use the relay to push higher amps for the lights which the factory harness is already setup to do

I hardly ever use my fog lights.... but the 'halos' are always on.

My halos are on all the time with headlights or parking

i have the halos on a switch with fused 12v power when the key is on, same with my UB's and the grille neons...I got the power from my heated windshield fuse in the drop down fuseblock ;)

yes the 92 and the 93 had a option for a heated windsheld, the button if equipped would be between the vent and the Climate control.......anyway......my car is wired up for it but i dont have the option, but there is 12v when the key is on, so i tapped in to the fuse block
