Default Changing Blower Motor - 2000+

Start by removing the two 9/32 screws holding the beauty panel up.

There is a plastic push pin in the middle of the panel, gently pull out on panel to disengage.

Once the panel is down, unplug the blue courtesy light connector. On the left you can see a black connector, this is a temp sensor for the Auto setting, you will need to unplug this as well.

With the panel out of the way, you have full access to the blower motor.

You will need to unplug the connector on the right, and the drain hose on the left. You can see three gold 7/32 screws holding the blower in. Remove these and you will have to shimmy and wiggle the motor and wheel assembly around the wires to get it out.

Follow these steps in reverse order to install your new blower wheel.
