Sunroof slider panel "peeling"....
hey guys, my sliding cover(inside) for the sunroof is starting to peel back. the headliner fabric and the padding underneath. anybody have any suggestions on what i can use to glue it up without it seeping through. On my fireturd, when it started peeling around the t-tops, i used the spray headliner adhesive and it bled through. would contact cement work good?
thanks
thanks

Use headliner adhesive ONLY.
Spray lightly on both surfaces, let it tack up, then press it into place. It won't bleed through if you do it right. LIGHT coats.

in the 92-99, then sunshield can be removed without having to remove the whole sunroof assembly (don't have to remove headliner). I would think your gen would be the same. You have to put roof in vent mode, remove glass out top, carefully bend shield to clear stops and pull out top.
