You can paint them? the bulbs itself? Wow, that'* new for me. With what may I ask? house paint? brake paint?

I really hope no one consider this a stupid question and me. I'm guessing that Hans is going to chime in and tell me to google this question, I'm just asking a person who has done this before because the Internet can lie to ya sometime

It just isn't quite as much of a clear effect when you have an amber color still existing.

I've painted turns/corners on both of my rigs, haven't had a problem. Just used a rattle can, silver.

I painted mine, but I didn't like the look.
The paint was uneven in some areas and it looks kinda bad when the light was on.

Instead I purchased "hot white" 194s, which are blue when off, and bright white when on. Another option might be led 194s that are orange or white.

I just used PlastiCote Spray Chrome. Been almost 2 years, and they still look and work great. This was on the big turn bulbs, tho, not the 194s. I got pics somewhere if anyone cares....
