My badge came in!
I finally got one....I had to pay full price at the dealer $35.00...
Which one should I use?
Now I need to put it on straight..
First i think I will wax the trunk real well and buff it out with my new 6" buffing wheel

I wanted to avoid waxing after. It is so hard to get the wax from between the letters.
But I supppose if it is recommended.......i will wax carefully and remove it with a Q-Tip
AND yes.....the i is getting reflection from our red wall....It is shiny silver

What'* the recommended prep work to the surface to reattach the badge? As Bill said, you don't want the badge sticking to a waxed surface. When I put my BC stickers on the glass I used denatured alcohol.
